Lassen Ricard is covered by professional liability insurance and has provided a guarantee in accordance with the rules of the Danish Bar and Law Society. The liability insurance covers any legal practice, regardless of where the practice is being conducted.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute about the advice provided by Lassen Ricard is subject to Danish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Danish courts.
