Henrik Schütze was born in 1971, graduated at law (Master of Laws) from University of Copenhagen (1995), and from The Law School, The University of Chicago (LL.M., Master of Laws) (2000), and admitted to the Supreme Court. Henrik joined Lassen Ricard in 2000 and was appointed partner in 2003.
His speciality is primarily commercial law, and he advises and represents Danish and international companies and organisations, mainly on issues regarding intellectual property rights, competition, energy, IT, media and construction law, and contracting law in general.
Henrik is certified mediator and member of Danish Mediation Lawyers (www.mediatoradvokater.dk) and he is a member of the Board of Representatives of the Association of Danish Law Firms ("Danske Advokater") and of a number of committees and working groups under the Association, in particular the IP committee and the international committee, and he is also active in various law societies.
Henrik co-authored the book Personlighedsret (Personality Rights) (published by Thomson, 2007).
