Lennart Ricard advises on company and stock exchange law and acts as legal counsel in connection with mergers and acquisitions etc., and has broad experience in contract law, intellectual property law and general commercial law.

External examiner in commercial law at CBS, Copenhagen Business School, until 1997. Member of the committee of the Copenhagen constituency of the Danish Bar and Law Society 1986-1992; vice-chairman since 1990. Member of the assembly of delegates of the Danish Association of Lawyers and Economists until 1997. Chairman of the Danish Music Council 1995-1999.

Member of the assembly of delegates of the Danish Rheumatism Association. Chairman of the boards of Kunda Kursachsen Fonden and the Hirschsprung Collection. Member of the boards of the Danish Cultural Institute, Bjarne Jensens Fond, the Danish Bird Protection Foundation and Kofoeds Skole. Various company directorships.
