Thomas Riise was born in 1972. He joined Lassen Ricard in 1999, where he was admitted to the bar in 2002 and appointed partner in 2006. Thomas has broad experience in general commercial law, advising Danish and international clients in mergers and acquisitions, company law, litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Thomas Riise graduated from the University of Aarhus, MA (Law) 1999, Aarhus School of Business and Copenhagen Business School, HD part I, 2003, and is admitted to the High Court. Thomas has co-authored the book Mergers & Acquisitions, A Practical Global Guide (Globe Business Publishing Ltd., 2007). Thomas’ memberships include the Danish Association for Corporate Law and the Danish Venture Capital and Private Equity Association (DVCA).
