Terese Foged ist Rechtsanwältin aus Aarhus Universitet (1998), erhielt 2002 den Master of Laws, (LL.M.) des immateriellen Güterrechtes aus der George Washington University Law School in Washington DC, USA und hat Zulassung zum dänischen Landgericht. 

Terese hat 1998 ihre Karriere bei Lassen Ricard angefangen, wurde 2001 Rechtsanwältin und ist seit 2005 Partnerin.  

Terese hat eine langjährige Erfahrung innerhalb Medien- und Urheberrecht sowie mit allgemeinem immateriellen Recht, besonders digitalem Urheberrecht mit den Aspekten, die neue Technologie/IT hinzufügen.  Sie berät eine lange Reihe dänischer und ausländischer Fernsehsender, sowie Medienunternehmen und andere über verschiedene Anwendungsformen innerhalb des audiovisuellen Materials. Besonders zu hervorheben sind:

• Verhandlung und Eingehung von Vereinbarungen mit Fernsehverteiler über Weiterausstrahlung durch Kabel von Fernseh- und Radiokanälen aus Dänemark und dem Ausland, hierunter durch IPTV und web-Fernsehen (Internetz/OTT) sowie ohne Kabel per Satellit und durch das digitale terrestrische Sendenetz  (DTT).
  
  
• Verhandlung und Eingehung von Vereinbarungen über Ausnutzung im Anschluss an Weiter-verbreitung, so wie  Start Over und 48–stündigen Catch-Up-Dienste, sowie verschiedene On Demand-Ausnutzungen bei Dritten, sowohl von Broadcast- als auch On Demand-only-Material der Fernsehsender.  
  
  
• Vereinbarungen und Beratung über Empfang von Fernseh-Inhalt auf unterschiedlichen Geräten, so wie Smartphones, Tablets und PCs, innerhalb und außerhalb zu Hause (Portabilität/”TV Everywhere”/”Out of Home”), hierunter durch unterschiedliche Fernsehgeräte,  Boxe, Konsolen, Apps, Players u. a.m., die mit dem Internetz verbunden sind (durch Kabel oder Wi-Fi).

• Vereinbarungen über sonstige Anwendung von Fernseh-Inhalt, z.B. öffentliche Ausstrahlung in Bibliotheken, Hotels u.a.m.
  
  
• Beratung über Erwerb von Rechten der Fernsehsender sowohl für lineare und On Demand-Anwendung sowie über Ausnutzung der Rechte von Dritten, hierunter mit Vereinbarungslizenz für andere Rechtsinhaber als Fernsehsender, das Verhältnis zur EU-Gesetzgebung im Gebiet, und Beratung auch an ausländische Interessenten über das nordische System zur Regelung von Vereinbarungslizenz, sowie Teilnahme an Änderung des dänischen Urheberrechtsgesetzes auf diesem Gebiet in 2014.
  
  
• Handhabung von Zusammenarbeit zwischen mehreren Rechtsinhabern und Beratung über das Verhältnis zu Rechten bezüglich Sportsveranstaltungen, die nur vertraglich basiert sind.  
  
  
• Beratung über die rechtliche Situation bezüglich Linking, Apps, HbbTV, Anwendung auf sozialen Medien usw. 

Terese ist Stellvertreterin im dänischen Urheberrechtslizenzausschuss ("Ophavsretslicensnævnet") und Autorin von Artikeln über urheberrechtliche Themen, u.a. in internationalen Zeitschriften.
