Iben has special qualifications within media law, IP law, general commercial law and litigation.
Iben is an experienced attorney, who advises on and conducts cases involving business law.
Iben deals with general commercial law and with media, entertainment and intellectual property law and related areas of law.
She provides advisory services to media and production companies, among others, on legal issues arising at the production stage and in subsequent disputes, including in relation to media liability, freedom of expression and countervailing rights.
During the period 2018-2020, Iben served as an assistant judge, including in the Supreme Court, thereby gaining experience of legal issues of general public importance as well as the management of major court cases.
